Returns Policy and Refunds: The team at Mad About a Dog aim to provide quality products and a first class service to our customers. If you wish to return any goods, we will refund the items under our “Returns Policy” provided they are unused, not damaged and returned in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the shipping cost for the return of the goods. It is your responsibility to return the goods by safe methods of transport.
