I opened the box and hardly got the bed on the floor before both our whippets were inside it ! They love it and I have had so many people on the whippet forum ask me where O purchased it , if your sales go through the roof I think O should be on commission. Fantastic bed, but I think I may need to purchase another , they both want all the bed !

Ten out of ten for the service and product I have received from you with my recent (and first) order.
The blue (named ‘Aqua’) is lovely (which was my first concern). Pic and description spot on! I would describe it as a blue duck-egg. My doggie is lying in her ‘snug’ right now and loves it! She took to it from day one, even helping to unpackage it, lol; ripping away at the masking tape on one side of the box with Mummy pulling at it on another. The product seems well made, is beautiful and if anything, exceeds expectation.
I’m sure that you recall I had concerns about what condition the package might arrive in. Well, quite unexpectedly, and to my delight, on Friday afternoon what should I see out my window but a delivery man removing a large square box from his van … ‘Snoozer’ written in big bold letters on the side of it. I ran to meet him at the door and he was friendly and shared in my excitement. I am always concerned about deliveries as the packages often arrive beat up. This one – no. In perfect order and in such quick time. Handled professionally with a signature and a smile. In the rare instances that a supplier makes use of UPS, there is nothing to complain about, and so too on this occasion.
From beginning to end, ordering from your company has been straightforward and a pleasure. One of my best online shopping experiences – and I have many!
